環境創造コース3年生は5月2日（金）1年生を対象に農林デイキャンプを開催しました。これは、1年生に木材や山菜などの林産物をつかって非日常を楽しんでもらうことを通して理解を深めてもらうもので、①樹木探し②薪割り体験とピザの試食③木製ハンガー作り④山菜てんぷら作りと試食⑤チェーンソー操作体験⑥モルックゲームの６つのプログラムが用意されていました。
1年生は、3年生の指導やもてなしをうけて、すべてのプログラムを体験しました。3年生はこの日のために時間をかけて準備してきており、3年生にとっても林産物の活用方法を探求するよい機会となりました。
The third-year students of the Environmental Creation Course held Norin Day Camp for first-year students on Friday, May 2nd. This annual event is designed to deepen their understanding of forestry through hands-on nature activities using wood, wild vegetables, and other forest resources. Six programs were prepared: (1) tree identification, (2) chopping wood and tasting pizza, (3) making wooden hangers, (4) making and tasting wild vegetable tempura, (5) chainsaw operation, and (6) playing the game, "Molkky”.
The first-year students participated in each program under the guidance and warm hospitality of the third-year students. Third-year students had spent a lot of time preparing for this day, and it offered a good opportunity for them to explore new ways to utilize forest materials.
