北信州学の授業で、一年生は小沼箒作りを体験しました。小沼箒の生産は長年農家の冬場の副業として行われていました。現在では、長野県伝統工芸品に指定されています。農林高校では課題研究や授業にて、小沼箒の伝統を伝えるために活動しています。３年生や専門の先生に教えてもらいながら、１年生はミニ小沼箒を作成しました。地域の歴史と伝統工芸を学ぶ貴重な機会になりました。
In the Kita-shinshu Studies class, first-year students had the chance to make Onuma brooms. For many years, farmers produced Onuma brooms as a winter side job. Today, they are designated as a traditional craft of Nagano. Norin High School has been working to hand down the tradition of Onuma brooms making through project studies and classes. First-year students made miniature Onuma brooms with the help of third-year students and a professional teacher. It was a wonderful opportunity for students to connect with local history and craftsmanship.
