4月9日(火)1年生は、進路講話がありました。進路指導主事から、進路実現に向けて探究学習や、ルールやマナーを守って生活することが大切であるなどのお話がありました。自分が進みたい進路を探す、自分自身を知り進路実現のために何が必要かを探るなども、探究学習といえます。

2年生は、地域資源活用の授業がありました。この地域資源活用は3年次に履修する課題研究のベースになる科目です。広く、浅く知識や技術を身につけ、地域や農林業に散在する課題を見つけ、課題研究に活かします。

農林高校での学びのほとんどは探究的学習です。何かを創造しようとするとき、思うように物事が進まないことがほとんどです。功を急がず、諦めず探究し続けましょう。

On Tuesday, April 9, first-year students had a lecture on career paths. The career guidance teacher talked about the importance of inquiry-based learning and living according to school rules and etiquette in order to realize one's career goals. Inquiry-based learning includes searching for the path you want to follow, learning about yourself, and finding out what you need to do to realize your goals.

Second-year students had a class on the utilization of local resources. This course is the basis for the project studies in the third year. Students acquire a wide range of knowledge and skills, identify issues scattered throughout the region and agriculture and forestry, and apply them to solve them. Most of the learning at Norin High School is inquiry-based learning.

When you are trying to create something, things will most likely not go as smoothly as you expect. Don't rush to success, don't give up, and keep on exploring.
