環境創造コース2年生は、科目地域資源活用の授業で「資源を活用した地域の活性化」をテーマにプロジェクト学習を進めています。その一環として、12月2日（火）一社 信州飯山観光局 観光プロモーション室長 兼 道の駅「花の駅千曲川」支配人、片山和哉氏を講師とした講演会が行われました。
講演では、自然や文化など、この飯山地域特有の地域資源を観光にどのように活用しているか、そして、今後の課題についてわかりやすく教えていただきました。また、事前の質問事項に丁寧にお答えいただき、生徒はプロジェクト学習で掲げた課題を解決するための数多くのヒントを得ることができました。

Second-year students in the Environmental Creation Course are engaging in project-based learning in the Utilization of Regional Resources class under the theme of "Regional Revitalization Using Local Resources". As part of this project, a lecture was held on Tuesday, December 2nd, featuring Kazuya Katayama, Director of the Tourism Promotion Office at the Shinshu Iiyama Tourism Bureau and Manager of the roadside station, Flower Station Chikuma River.
During the lecture, Mr. Katayama explained clearly how the unique local resources in Iiyama including nature and culture are utilized for tourism, as well as future challenges the region faces. In addition, he answered the students’ questions prepared in advance, giving them many helpful ideas for solving the problems they had found in their project.
