Hello and welcome to our new and improved Achi Senior High School English Homepage.
Most students here in Achi have two Oral Communication classes each week. That's where I come in.
I've been assisting in classes in Achi for over two years now. I try to make the classes as interesting
and relevant as possible, with a stress on spoken ability. A wide range of textbooks, internet resources
and our own ideas are used to keep the students interested and we help them enjoy the class so
they'll look forward to coming to the next class. Each term we have an interview test on such varied
topics as Immigration, Hotel Reservations or Ordering at a Restaurant. It's a great opportunity for
students to express themselves without any peer pressure.

Messsage to Achi students and teachers from Simon
Hi Everyone!!
I'm loving life in Australia now, but I do miss Japan, and I think about you
all a lot. I am jelous that you can go snowboarding. Its summer here, so
I'll go surfing instead.
I am glad that I traveled to Japan, because I saw that there was so much
more to the world than the place we call home, and so many great people all
over the world. I hope you all have dreams of seeing the world, and the
desire to travel and live in other countries. There is so much out there
for you to discover, and it will be the best thing you have ever done.
wishing you Happy days and Peaceful lives
